I ordered this phone case when i purchased my phone from the same site. It arrived super fast but.. it wasn't for the phone I ordered. Still a 4 star rating because customer service was amazing. I was credited back for the item and I didn't even have to bother with shopping it back! Great customer service!

Shortly after putting it on my phone it came apart and could not be snapped back into place. It's almost as if the pieces never fitted together in the first place. It was very cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

this product is not as advertise, it wasn't as shinny, not very strong as I was anticipating and it broke as soon as I try to snap it on my phone

dropped my phone a few times and it hasnt broken yet

Once you snap it on it's almost impossible to take off (I needed pliers) It also doesn't protect against falls, mine didn't even fall a 2 feet and the corner it fell on is now cracked, screen and all
