This TV is like new! The color is vibrant and the controls are user-friendly. We get a lot of compliments on the picture when we have family and friends over to watch sports. The remote is great as well, it is easy to use and has many options.

The volume erratically goes off- no fix, tried everything, going back. Helpful customer service though, restoring my trust back.

I love this smart TV. I got it for the bedroom to stream movies. I was a little bit worried about having a TV shipped, but it came packaged well - inside box, outside box, and styrofoam . In addition, this TV is pretty light. I got the 2 year warranty just in case there were issues. After one month, I haven't seen any problems. I will say that there does seem to be a 15 second pause once you turn the TV on before the "Smart" applications are ready to function. Other than that, I'm very happy with this television.

When I get to watch T.V. I love it. But now we can get the Velocity channel so it's kinda one sided. Haha. Great television.

Always have trusted Samsung name, was nervous about refurbished tv, works great, love the fact i no longer need roku.

I did not want a TV in my bedroom, but relented because of my granddaughter (and myself). It's now mounted on the wall and I love it. I only wish that it came with the mounting screws.

TV arrived in a timely manner and was packaged very securely. It was as it were straight from Samsung. No evidence of any former use.

great buy if you are looking a cheap smart tv. The features that samsung includes make this a better buy than most. Plus you can update the apps!

This was so easy to assemble, though my Husband said he had some difficulty getting it connected to the directTV. Not sure what his issue was so I cannot share. That being said, its a second TV in a small long narrow guest study room, so its a perfect size and I adore the SMART TV aspect of it. I had seen it over at a friend's house, it makes everything look crystal clear (better than regular HD)
