The phone worked real nice for about 8 months. Luckily we bought an extended warranty. Great Offer Stock gave us a full refund so we can buy a new phone.

This is a nice phone but the screen broke easily. Not sure if it wasn't the same screen as previous models or what, but the phone didn't last long due to the continuous screen breakage. If you buy one, invest in a good protective case.

I have vision problems but this phone is easy to use and see what is one the screen

Nice phone. Just right for me, I have had newer models and I really don't use half of what they have on them and I really can't see paying $700 + for phones - especially even with the best cases one drop the wrong way and you are paying either a large deductible or repair bill. My S5 does it all phone calls, texts, pictures, facebook, snapchat and email that's all I need!

Phone does not include a 4g sim card but Verizon will give you a free card. The phone is brand new.

Great phone. Love all the features it has and works so much better now that I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy 3. Battery life is good. No complaints so far.

I love this phone. I had to return it because I purchased the wrong carrier.

I got warranty with this for 2 years and just now having to use it, but they want me to send in my phone that is broke with all my personal info on it. Nobody can help me get my personal info off of it before it just gets handed over to several people. I was suppose to get another phone but now im getting a gift card so the warrraty isn 't worth the money and doubt i buy from here again

Really good phone I had it setup for metropcs and I can't send or receive pictures. I think I may just sign up with Verizon.
