So far, so good. I haven't had the opportunity to use it very often yet, but the few times that I have it has performed very well. The sound quality is well above average.

He could not have owned it without me doing the work of ordering it since he has no kind of credit card.

The sound quality is great. Moreover, it gives you a handsfree convenience option.

I have used Panasonic headsets that didn't work, well. This one works well for the price. Value for Price = Excellent We'll see how long it lasts compared to the higher priced headsets, if at all. This will be my next test of endurance for this product.

Headset does not meet my expectations. I must frequently adjust the position of the mike for the person I am talking to to hear me even when it is pretty close proximity to my mouth. Very annoying. I'm sure that headsets used in call centers don't have this problem. Also the 4' cord length is very restrictive. If I plug the headset into the base unit (instead of a remote remote phone unit) I can't even sit back in my chair. The cord is just not long enough. Overall, I would rate this product as unsatisfactory.

The headset replaced an old one and works perfectly. The sound is good.

I ordered this set because I was unable to find an aftermarket set that worked. The ordering was easy & the phone person was extremely helpful. This is definitely a two thumbs up product. I like the ability to fold this unit for storage when it is not needed.

The ear piece and headset is not a comfortable fit. It just does not sit right and does not feel right. The connection ptecethat goes into the phone does not fit tight and falls out easily.

Easy to order, good delivery, compact headset, lightweight, expected the volume control to give a louder amplification than it does, but aside from that, a very good buy.

I had a Bluetooth wireless headset with my previous AT&T phone, but the headset gave an echo when I switched to the Panasonic phone (even through it has Bluetooth technology and my headset was on the Panasonic list as compatible). So, I purchased the wired headset. The audio quality is excellent and everyone has said that they hear my voice. However, the headset feels very "old-school" and outdated. Compared with the Bluetooth headset, this is clunky, the mouthpiece gets in the way if you want to sip some water, and the wire is irritating and restrictive. It only gives you a range of 4 feet, whereas I had relatively unlimited movement with the Bluetooth. I'll switch to a phone and headset from another company at some point. It's hard to regress to this when you've experienced the freedom of the Bluetooth.

This headset seems to be quite well-made and thoughtfully designed. It works well. I've not owned it long enough to know how durable it is, but, if it's like any of my other Panasonic telephone gear, it'll be fine.

These headphones work great. We happen to have Panasonic phones so I figured they would be compatible. They are. Good quality at a reasonable price.

The KX-TCA430 telephone headset allows me hands free telephone conversations while I work at my computer. The headset provides clear. volume controllable , conversations with all callers. The headset is adjustable, provides a mute capability to allow me to hold a private conversation with others in my office, while being able to have total access to my keyboard and mouse of my computer. This reasonably priced headset provides me the ability to multitask at while at my computer. An indispensable addition to my phone.

By buying this direct from Panasonic, I got what I wanted, namely a flexible microphone arm to put the mic right in front of my mouth, and the whole unit i just what I need. People at other end can't tell I have on a headset. Delighted.

I purchased the product because I could find one to work wit my phone anywhere else. They are easy to use as they are plug and play. The only problem I have had is that people I am speaking with say I am talking really loud so I need to learn to speak softly when using these.

This is a pretty good set for the money. Best of all, it's hands free without resorting to speaker phone. Sound quality is much better than speaker phone, esp. since I have a bit of hearing loss. Good value.

I found that I had limited resources that would fit the phone after ordering a head set from a different company the plug would not fit into this phone and when I tried to find an adapter to make it work was told that that size of plug is now obsolete so I figure it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get something else to work with this phone and just came back & ordered one from Panasonic that I know would work.

I hope I will be able to return this item-- the audio quality is so atrocious it is useless. I was unable to hear phone conversations with this headset because the volume was so low.

Stellar headset. I've used many different brands of the years and this is noticeably better. I can hear conversations clearly and I'm told by my other that my voice on their end is like I'm in the room with them.

No more dropping the phone when talking to customers. The sound is wonderful, the quality great, and my staff now all want to answer the phone. They were always trying to talk to customers, while holding the phone on their sholders, and far too often would drop the phone on the floor. They even accidently hung up a few times. This was a wonderful purchase and made us all happy.
