If you spend a lot of time on the phone this is not the one to buy. Battery talk time is way to short.

I can not give a full review of item. I have similar ones and have no issues; however, this will not sync with my NOTE3. I can not give a bad or good review until I can fully resolve the issue.

so confusing, do not understand how to work it and the ear piece is not wireless

This is by far the most comfortable earpiece I have had in years and i also like the extra earbud that plugs into the earpiece to make it a Bluetooth stereo head set!
