No problem with delivery, arrived on time and with no problems. This is my 2nd G4 and I think it is a great phone.

Wasn't able to use already activated At&t sim

The LG G4 US991 was purchased in early March of 2016. At end of September of 2016 the phone was returned to LG for warranty repair. The phone would freeze up when attempting to use the camera. The results of the repair were "Swap Board (Main/RF) : Others". In April of 2017 the right half of the screen began to vertically shift up. It is being returned under the 2 year Platinum Protection Plan purchased from greatofferstock.com and administered by N.E.W. Customer Service Companies. Obtaining the return authorization was simple. I await to see if the phone can be repaired.

good phone, did not realize it was at&t phone hand to change service

Right in the questions it stated that it works with Metropcs but it would not, Everyone I spoke with said it was not unlocked as promised.
