I've now had this desk for over a year.
PROS:
1. The tray area is large, and since my mac keyboard is slim...I have plenty of area to place pens or note pads to keep handy.
2. I like the design of having a mouse tray that extends...that way my mouse isn't taking up room on the main keyboard tray.
3. The wrist pad along the front is perfect size and very comfortable.
CONS:
1. The fabric on the wrist pad and the mouse tray are a medium-light gray...so it has noticeably stained and the fabric edges are a bit worn and frayed.
2. About a few months ago, a screw broke off on the left slide bracket, causing my tray to fall on that side when I would apply too much pressure from the weight of my hands typing. I could easily put the tray back in, but it would fall a few times a day from normal hand pressure. I eventually had to bribe my husband into spending some time to fix the problem more permanently. And he did.
I bought it because I could not for the life of me find a bright white computer desk, with sufficient drawer storage, and a modern look...so I sort of constructed my own using modular pieces from ***. Problem was, I really wanted a slide-out computer tray, with mouse holder, so that I could use the whole desktop for all other things. This was the very best tray I could find. I really wish that I had spent more time and thought into the placement of where to screw in the brackets under the desk (I centered the main tray into the space without considering the mouse tray extended)...so now I cannot slide my tray back under my desk unless I contract the mouse tray first....which usually causes me to forget about moving my mouse onto the main tray, and the mouse falls to the ground, and I spit out a mad curse word. On second thought, I should probably just reinstall the thing a couple inches over, problem solved and quite whining...haha.
