Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization. The Seller charges a restocking fee of 20% that will be withheld from the refund. The Seller will issue a partial refund up to 20% for used or non-restockable items.

Very nice smart watch for the price but no SIM
Wrist watch arrive pretty quick and was a relatively nice watch Smartwatch that is. But it comes with no SIM card. I'm still new to the SmartWatches so don't know if it was supposed to have one or where to get one. I have to do some research but seems like a good watch for the price

This watch has a large watch face and great buy. But just wasnt for me since you had to have very small fingers to text back etc. Overall the watch functions are great but it was for me. I returned and the return and refund went great.

High contrast screen, bright colors, high brightness. On a clear day, I tested the display and it passed with flying colors. Excellent outdoor views. I think the sleep scoring system is very accurate. I tested it for nearly a week, and the sleep graphs shown were consistent with my experience. Multiple Exercise Modes, training guides, even a 10-minute training cycle. As I mentioned before, this is what happens if you need something to motivate you to exercise.

Like I read on the other reviews, it is a good watch seems not to pair with iPhone's and does not come with the Nano SIM like it says in the instruction booklet. May return not sure yet..
