Much better than the standard handout set...
Being an Audio Engineer, I'm really happy with how wide the frequency response is, however there isn't anything in the documentation about the headset's transient response, or what kind of microphone is housed within the "boom". Based on the continuity circuitry in the connector, it's connection type is NOT what is normally used in call center environments. I've had to do some searching for an adapter that will convert this to a regular 1/8" TRS which is what our call center phones use - I hope I can find one beings that there is VERY LITTLE documentation included with this unit...Only a paragraph of safety precautions in 40 languages, so you think that the pamphlet is informative and helpful - possibly displaying accessorizing options and an actual frequency response chart. The actual unit feels like it's much better quality than the crappy Plantronics headsets that everyone charges their new employees $65 for, but I'll have to see when I can actually find an adapter to connect it to my phone. I've NEVER heard of a phone that offers this kind of connectivity. So, if you buy this, don't plan on using it at work until you buy an "easy disconnect to male mini adapter". I just ordered the adapter, and we'll see just how fantastic they are. They're much heavier than Plantronics headsets, probably due to the neodymium driver, and aluminum housing. I'll leave a new review for "post--listening" experience.
