I use this computer every day. It is quite possibly the best purchase I've ever made!!

This Hp 15.6 has never had a Windows 7 Pro a Clean BOOT. This other after I finally get to the operating system, It shuts down with a blank screen. There appears to be a Bootrec problem

very good laptop. but not good support

I was looking forward to receiving this laptop. However, after charging the computer's battery, I turned it on and wen't through the set-up process. After about 5 minutes, the computer turns itself off. I tried several times and the same thing kept happening. I have decided to return the laptop for a refund.

I knew it was a refurbished. I have bought many refurbished items over the year. I was expecting to have had it provided by the manufacturer. Instead I feel I got an old computer with new insides. The mouse pad was worn, small gouges in the case and some of the hot buttons do not work. The volume buttons on the top row etc. I am glad I have the SSD and Windows 7 professional but feel this was not what was portrayed.

These are very good laptops, with great hardware features. The company that sells them (Joy) has some major (believe me) support issues. Hence the three stars (stars for the product, not the service).

I too got the wrong model an 8570P with a lot less specs than the one I wanted.

I've only had it a couple days but I don't imagine ever having to buy another computer again unless this one breaks down on me but I don't see that happening if it's as sturdy as it feels. More laptop than you pay for at $$$. Hard drive alone is probably worth $$$ and with the i7 processor and the 16 gigs of ram this laptop is a bargain.

Computer is very well made, fast and reliable for the prize is great deal.

I ordered this computer from Great Offer Stock and received another model number 8560W instead of 8560P. It arrived with a dent in the top on top of being the wrong model number (and color, and specs). Buyer beware, do not order this laptop. I have set up an exchange for the proper model number but don't feel comfortable doing so. Note the computer that you will get is not the one pictured or described here.
