Needed an additional monitor for coding and didn't want to spend a lot. I like that it's not glossy. Be sure to calibrate it before you really begin to use it as it needs a few adjustments.

Amazing brightness and clarity. Text is crisp. Colors are great for working with $and rendering. I have 3 monitors hooked up to my $work station and the HP stands out above the other two Samsung 27" monitors by a magnitude. And, the new narrow border really gives you more real estate. I used to think Samsungs had the best picture. Now I'm sold on HP. I would have given it 5 stars. But with 4K monitors out now it's hard to say this one is 5 star. But it's awesome for sure.

The screen was nice. Clearly unused and still had a protection film on surfaces.
