Love the camera and all that came with it. Could easily rate the bundle at 5 stars, however, the flash that is clearly pictured in the bundle photo was not included. I called customer service and after a brief delay as the representative spoke with a supervisor, I was informed that they can not replace missing items. My only recourse would be to package everything up and return the bundle. I could then get "a new bundle and hopefully everything would be there this time". I attempted to reason with the representative that I had already set up the camera and unpacked all items, including blister packs for memory cards and such. ALL I NEEDED WAS THE MISSSING FLASH!!
Anyway, love the parts I received, working on the learning curve, and aw struck at some of the things our daughter-in-law could do with our camera. Panoramas are awesome. Our previous camera would almost always take the picture long after the action was past, so 11fps just blows our minds.
