I bought this computer for my son for Christmas, the best gift I could buy for him. From the moment he received it he always on it. Downloaded several games and nexflix with no problem, not one complaint. I kinda of hesitated because of the refurbished but like I said a great buy for anyone.

This has been a great laptop for me. The price was good and I have had no problems. I was a little scared about it being refurbished but it has been wonderful. I am so glad I bought it.

I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished computer for my daughter online. I had no reason to be because this laptop is great. She's had it now for nearly a year and it meets all her needs as a college freshman. Very pleased with this purchase!

I got the computer sent it back because the mouse pad wouldn't work. Received a Nother computer in the mouse pad on it also wouldn't work. I will say the greatofferstock.com employees were really helpful and return my money right away. Although their contractor Is not somebody I would work with again

I got this laptop as a computer that will store photos and make it easier to pay bills on. Works just great, have had zero issues with it

I have this laptop a couple of months and there were no problems so far. It was a bit tricky to initiate W10 though, the instructions were not correct, but it is a way to work around, just takes some time to figure out how.
