Potentially a good computer, but the it took Microsoft's 2nd tier to re-installed the operating system. I would like to think that, when I buy a used-but-refurbished-to-Mfg-settings, I should get a computer on which I shouldn't have to do anything in the way of maintenance. Yes, there have been problems with the Anniversary update from Microsoft, and the technical person from the manufacturer's authorized refurbishing company was very good, but to have to have the operating system re-installed as I was prepping the computer to go to a customer is completely unacceptable. The vendor pointed fingers at the refurbisher, the refurbisher suggested to re-install, the lowest tier of Microsoft support pointed fingers at Lenovo (and gave me a bad telephone to call), and, finally, another first tier Microsoft tech pointed me to a superb tier 2 person who got the problem done. I'm giving 3 stars for the potential of a loaded Lenovo computer and two of the tech support people. The others were worth a half star.
