Looks good but one important thing ...
The Mophie Juice Pack Helium is a nicely-designed, slim unit in perfect condition. The battery charges from a USB power source (no charger is included) with an enclosed Micro USB cable, not an Apple Lightning cable. If you travel with a Mophie-equipped iPhone and an iPad, you'll need to carry two cables.
There are no instructions included; go to Mophie.com for a pdf user manual. One IMPORTANT STEP is left out of the instructions: After installation of the Juice Pack, your iPhone MUST BE RESTARTED (hold down the top Power button followed by the round Home button until the Apple logo appears) to enable the iPhone to recognize the Juice Pack.
Perhaps the biggest issues are that the Mophie Juice covers the iPhone speakers and re-directs the sound to the front so if the phone is in your pocket, you may not hear any incoming calls or notifications. The included USB cable will not sync your device to another computer although it will charge the phone. And lastly, the USB connection is so tight that pulling on the cable to unplug it often pulls the entire Mophie end piece off the case.
On the plus side, it re-charges the iPhone very nicely. To sum it up, I'll keep my Mophie Juice Pack but put it in the phone and use it just for travel, not everyday use.
