Don't bother wasting your money. The refurbished phone stopped working within a week. I requested to replace the phone and they sent me one that had scratches and dents. Send it back the next day.

I purchased this item to replace my iPhone that was dropped and destroyed. Even though it said "refurbished" in the description, you would never know it wasn't brand new. There wasn't a single mark on the phone.

Bought 2 iphone 5c -1st phone of this model has entirely different problem then the 2nd-phone . The battery is good but the phone will not turn on at all . Repair company wanted to charge more than purchase price . 1st phone needs to be sent in for repair because I bought a 2 year warranty . I need to buy a gophone for now just to get by until it's repaired . Too much hassle , not good quality product not worth it .

Been extremely happy with my iPhone. The only problem I have had as there's not enough memory or storage because of all the pictures and videos I take.

It started to shut down at 50 percent within three months of me buying the phone. I used all apple made/approved products with this phone. No third party anything!

I've had this phone for a few months and it works like new. There were a few small scratches when I got it but the case covers them, no big deal. Would order again

The refurbished phone I received appears to be in very good condition but the battery included will not hold a charge. I notified Great Offer Stock and they were unable to provide me with a working battery. For something that cost over $****, I would expect to be able to use it for more than 10 minutes at a time.

I purchased this phone protection plan, because I didn't know how long and refurbished phone would last, and I started having trouble with the notification sounds it is supposed to make when I get a text message or ring for the phone. I called the protection plan and reported it. they told me that they would send an envelope and I would have to send the phone in for them to fix and all this would take about 2 weeks. Well I don't like being without my phone that long and they will not give me a loner, so I said okay, but I never received the envelope in the mail, and it has been over 2 weeks. Is this company bogus? or am I going to get my phone fixed/and or replaced? I'm still waiting. I guess I am going to have to call again. Let's hope this isn't a pattern and that I haven't purchased this protection plan in vain!

Purchased this phone for my 18yr old and my dad (first time apple user) the phone was in EUC well worth the money Once in stock I will buy another for my other son!

I would recommend this product. It's sleek and the quality is impeccable. I got as a gift for my teen daughter and she loves it.

The phone is great good condition. However the charger is not apple certified and it works like crap. If you charge with that charger it will fry your battery.

Arrived quickly - excellent condition (a few scratches on the front but nothing major). Works great - very satisfied!

Won't hold charge. Must stay plugged into wall to use. Scratched on sides. Wasted a month of service that I won't get to use bc I have to return and now have no phone.
