I absolutely love using this mat! I will never buy anything else :) I use my brother scan and cut die cut machine to make everything from t-shirts to signs with fabric accents.

I purchased this after learning the Brother 350 Scan n cut 2 can cut using the 12 x 24 mat - it just cannot scan it as the 650 model can. It arrived in perfect condition.

The Brother Scan-n-Cut is a mess if you are using it for cloth. Doesnt cut well; can only cut one sheet st a time; sticks to the die and hard to get off. There are better options here at Great Offer Stock. Returned the whole mess.

"I received my Scan N Cut CM350 a few days ago and this 12x24" cutting mat today. I just visited *** for instructions on using it and according to the Brother website the 12x24" cutting mat is EXCLUSIVE to the CM650 Scan N Cut, and cannot be used on this machine I just purchased from Great Offer Stock. In the details on this item it lists several models including the CM350, so you can see I am confused. Can you please advise?"

The SCANNING of 12”x24” is a function only of the CM650W. Both models can use the 12”x24” for cutting.
