Read All Brother PE770 Embroidery Machine Reviews

Great machine for a beginner, like myself to learn machine embroidery. Manual very detailed. Love the automatic threading system, very user friendly. I like the choice of hoop size with the 5x7, it may not be the largest there is but for now it is plenty for me to learn on. Price is medium range and some Brother dealers offer extras to make it even a sweeter deal. Read the manual and watch utube videos for extra assurance and learning tips. Most important tip, have fun!

The machine is easy to use. I'm new to. It and still learning, but I love it.

This has been my first embroidery machine purchase. I had no other previous experience other than traditional sewing and this machine has been very user friendly. The PE770 has been very easy to use and has worked great!

Before purchasing I researched and found this machine has the best bang for the buck and overall customer satisfaction. It has exceeded my expectations. This is my first embroidery machine and I was able to get going pretty easily. Still having trouble with the needle threader. I am threading the old fashioned way otherwise I would give a five star rating. Thank you for giving us an affordable machine with so many features.

I have been sewing for over 45 years but never used an embroidery machine. This machine is the greatest! It is easy to understand and works extremely well. Designs are easily downloaded from the internet and transferred to the machine. Controls to rotate the design, back up in the stitch pattern, etc. are easy to use. Not inexpensive, but well worth the money.

So easy to get going, embroidered a full set of towels on the first day! Bought to replace a much older model...loving the bigger hoop and ability to upload designs with a USB drive!! This baby is going to be very busy!

Very easy to use! I really like the needle threader, USB file transfer capabilities, and the on-screen information. Been having minor difficulty snapping in the hoop.

I love how easy it to prepare my work and then just press a button. I wish though that the pictures on the screen were more clear. Especially when I upload designs using my memory stick from the computer. I'm still figuring it all out, but for beginning projects, it's going to be good.

The PE 770 has been easy to learn. My fears of embroidery and appliqué are gone. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this machine. With all the YouTubes videos available, learning has been easy.

I cannot say enough about this machine!! It is my first embroidery machine and it has given me a new dream...the Brother Dream Maker!! The thread cutter, auto threading and other features are outstanding. Drop in bobbin and easy bobbin winding makes it so easy to do a task that I used to hate. You cannot go wrong with this machine. But watch out...your dreams my get bigger!!!

I have had my PE770 for over a month now and I could not be happier. It is easy to learn and operate. The instruction book is well written and easy to follow. It was so easy to start embroidering right out of the box. I do wish that the screen was a little larger so the design could be seen easier. Although touted as a beginner machine, I believe that this machine will serve me for a long time.

The one thing that would have helped would have been a DVD. I had no idea what I was doing when the machine arrived. Got it out and was lost. A DVD to get me started would have been a great asset. But now that I've watched a little YouTube & taken classes, I absolutely love this machine. I learn everyday!

Right out of the box everything works. A+ As you get competent you will encounter limitations as your imagination exceeds the plug and play of the device. Towels, napkins, gift bags, pillow cases, gift tags, coasters all projects that can easily be completed with the PE770. Accessories and supplies are a money pit, but really, what are you going to do with your life? Would I purchase again. Absolutely!

I just became interested in embroidery to be able to embroider names on stockings. I had no idea of all the fabulous things you could do with appliqué and in the hoop projects. The PE770 has a larger embroidery area which allows for more types of projects. No issues with the machine; I just love it.

Love it just need to find more time to play with it

Where to start so many reasons that I dislike the PE770. I have a PC8500 which I love but for the fact that I can not do the larger designs or use a USB to upload patterns. I bought the PE770 because of these two features and find them lacking in the superior features of the PC8500. The screen is small and inadequate for doing designs. The USB capability is sub-par. What a mistake if I could would send back for my money. New to embroidery do not purchase this machine!
