No torso stability at all and it don't cover even half the torso its like a weight lifting belt look alike! It rolls and pokes out in curtain spots and it don't even meet any were near the bra also its made of a very thin material and it is far from any support wish I wouldn't of wasted my money! And if I'm not mistaken the pictures shown to buy look totally different then what I received!

No WAY that sizing is anywhere near accurate. Basically threw it in the trash since it was bought on clearance..wasted my time and money.

This is a great beginner's waist trainer. It is sewn well, very sturdy, has breathable, stretchable fabric, 3 rows of hook & eye closures for training, and attractive lace inserts. I prefer that stays be stiffer, but it's just my preference. Overall, it's a great buy.

Says its XL but too small l, will fit my 11 year old daughter

Is not the color I ordered nor the size. Why send it back and pay for someone else's neglect on paying attention. Disappointed completely

They are good. as you shrink you have the option to tighten it
