Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization. The Seller cannot accept returns for used items.

I bought this pashmina for the beautiful colors and it didnt disappoint . Its is of a nicely very thick material and excellent vibrant colors and design. Love it cant wait to wear it . I definetly recommend this.I eill probrably purchase the other ones on sale after seen this one.

Shawl or scarf
I am using this for a shawl in the house and a scarf when I go out. It is very light weight and still takes the chill out of the air. I don't recommend wearing jewelry that snags because the we've in the fabric is delicate and could snag. I wash this by hand or a gentle cycle with soap for delicate fabrics. I love the color and the pattern at the edga. It is alafge item and I love it.

Sent the wrong color and Great Offer Stock won’t do anything about it.. I end up ordering another one from their supplier. The clinch is on their end but don’t want to take responsibility. Needles to say I will be very careful ordering from them again.. end up with two scarfs and paid for both.
