Mistake acted upon with expediency.
I purchased a leather trench coat and when it arrived it happened to be chaps in the box. I notified the seller right away and he graciously apologized for the mistake. Within an hour I received a return label to return the mistaken merchandise, placed it on the box and took it to fedex. It took five days for the seller to receive the returned item and on the same day, I received my leather trench coat. Businesses could learn a lot from this company for they definately value their customers and I will definately continue to do business with them as well as let everyone I know and come in contact with how excellent their service is.
