This bag was simply too big for me. It felt like reaching into a black hole every time I looked for something. I was not really crazy about The feel of it and how stiff it was. But it was exactly as pictured. I used it a few times and gave it to my daughter

So I bought this 1 year ago and my straps are fraying. I contacted greatofferstock.com and they said that it was out of warranty and that they could issue me a partial refund if I return it. Not sure how that is a solution but I just ignored the email because I am just losing money if I return it. I will be sure when people ask me where I got my purse with Frayed straps where I got it from.

I'm not a big purse buyer, but decided to treat myself. I'm so glad I did. Big enough to carry what I want, but not too big to overwhelm. I love all the sections. I'm much more organized now.
