Purse makes outfit look so sophisticated

I saw the pic they had displayed, FELL in love with the black and then received a creme one. Tried getting it exchanged because I wanted the black one to use like ASAP as my everyday and they tried saying I ordered brown which I know I didnt because there were no other colored options. I saw pic, looked at details and added to bag. Period. Very frustrating but they did get me a prepaid shipping label to return it quickly. Still bummed.

Although the picture showed a black purse and I received an oatmeal colored one, I love this item

I was looking for a crossbody handbag made from a quality leather. I also wanted some structure in the bag. This handbag is beautiful and better than I expected. Highly recommend.

Love it....the latch probably isn't as easy as a zipper but I've adapted and happy with the purse. Bought black and it goes from office to anywhere!

Lightweight cross body bag. Love the gold buckle detail. Big enough for essentials. Leather is shiny (which doesn't necessarily show in picture), good quality. I am happy with this purchase.
