Thick and warm and fits an adult.

I bought the black. The speckles in the knit are red, yellow, purple, blue, green, and a couple of other colors, so they go with everything. A medium weight and easily washed. Stretchy, so they fit my wide hands. Not a soft knit. Not scratchy either but i wish they were softer. They were made in 'downtown LA' the label states, so if you like the idea of supporting American workers and the vibrancy of urban area you can do that with your purchase.
