the pillow is hard as a rock when it collapses, which it does in about 30 seconds, I sleep ok on it but wanted more support

We have been looking for pillows for a long time and have tried lots of different ones...these are by far the BEST!

Until that is you put any wight on it. Then what you end up with is 4" of pillow on both sides of your head with a measured thickness of one inch where your head lays. No support what-so-ever. Never slept on one more useless.

I would likely have given this product a 5 rating or a Very Good. The only reason I can't give it a 5 is due to my own chronic neck pain and extreme difficultly finding pillows that work for long. I hot the high loft, and for the most part it's the best I owned as yet. It's cool and keeps it's shape, which is where most other have failed. Occasionally it feels a bit too hard and I a grab a softer pillow to relax the muscles, but regret it when I awaken with pain. This is one of a rare few pillows that I can say is worth the money. The quality is obvious as is its generous size. It's the longest Queen size I've ever seen! I have the best result using only the soft, fluffy cover it comes in, as it feels harder when inside a regular pillow cloth, more restricted. I wanted to use it for a couple of months before writing a review, because so many work for a very short time and then seem to go flat. This one looks like the day I got it. In search of perfection, I bought another well known pillow advertised on TV infomercials, whose name I'll not mention. All hype, doesn't live up to any of its claims. They require I pay for return shipping and have to wait 30 days for the balance of my refund. Like that's going to happen. I suppose for someone without neck and pillow problems, it'll work fine, so I keep it as a spare, but I went back to this Z Zoned Dough pillow because it's as good as it's going to get. I also have another expensive pillow that my dog loves, if that's any consequence. I don't think this kind of pillow is for everyone, but it works for me; fussy, old me.

I was looking for something to lounge on the couch with while I watch tv and this pillow fit the bill. I ordered kingsize, high plush. The pillow is alot longer than I had anticipated and is like a short body pillow, but that was my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. Super quality!!

The low loft is paper thin, if you are gong to buy this buy the hi-loft instead. I had to exchange.

As someone who needs a firm Mattress and Pillow, I am amazed at how much I love this pillow. I don't stir, toss or turn at all. Simply amazing.

I wasted my money buying this pillow that does not stop sweating or stay dry. It says after 5 days pillow will inflate to regular size mine has NOT, came flat as a pancake and still flat as a pancake. I have to fold it over or use with another pillow. It is nice and soft but I would like it to be as advertised and its not. Why lie?

I bought this standard pillow on a wish and prayer! Best decision I ever made!

It gets hot after awhile. At least for me, although I love this pillow, I had to stop using it when the temps went 90s and above. Not the pillow's fault! When it gets cooler, I can't wait to use it again.
