After just a couple months of slightly usage the control for the blanket just flat out quit working, so I threw the control assembly away, and use the blanket as a very thin but soft blanket. I was very disappointed with the quality for the price.

Seems great at first but burns out after a few months of use.

This is my first Serta electric blanket and I love it! It's soft and plush, perfect for curling up under in total warmth! Easy to use with lots of settings including time. This blanket is in my favorites hall of fame!

I turned it on, left the room, cam back 30 mins. later. Power was off, I could not get it turned back on - tried everything. Had to throw it away.

After reading reviews I decided on a Serta because its a good standing company. This one was more expensive but with the brand name I expected it to be a long lasting product. Ordered our first blanket 11/15. By 12/15 one side stopped working. It wouldn't light up or anything. It was a wiring issue. I called and Great Offer Stock was awesome about returning the blanket. Today my new blanket came in & I sent off my old broken one. Both sides working again.......Hopefully it stays working or next time I'm asking for my money back. That being said this blanket is super soft and you don't really notice the wires. The blanket doesn't have any smells unlike others I've seen in stores. It also stores really easily in the bag it comes in. Great Offer Stock shipping is very quick and packages are sturdy.

just bought this blanket a week ago and put it on my daughter's bed. A week later, only one controller is working Im sending it back tomorrow!
