Very comfortable Very comfortable, my boyfriend always gets really hot at night but not on this topper. The very expensive mattress I bought last year just wasn't soft enought for us. This was perfect to fix the problem!

Took a few days to adjust sleeping on it.... ...but once I did I slept so great and LOVED going to bed. Never felt too hot due to it on hot, muggy nights with no A/C in inland San Diego. I would buy another. Didn't come spectacularly packed but no damage to it. There was a smell that was pretty pungent when it arrived but a couple days left to air out with windows open and it was fine.

COOL AND COMFORTABLE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! I aired it out for a few days, no chemical smell. It did take a few days to get used to sleeping on a different surface, but now I can't imagine sleeping on anything else! VERY COMFORTABLE!

deeper sleep, no back pain the item i received was not this topper. it wasnt even white, its like a powder blue color. and i did not notice any temperature difference, per the "mem-cool" claim. nevertheless, its very comfortable and i sleep alot better now. Not what i was expecting, but it gets the job done for the cheaper price than bed bath and beyond.

Disappointing After having an amazing Serta 4" topper with 4lbs. My wife decided to try this one because should be cooler. With regards to cool it not much different that the Serta. With regards to comfort I wake up felling like I took a beating. The reason for is that this is NOT 4lbs and you just sink all the way down making it useless. I will check if it can be return if not it might just become a nice dog bed.
