This is good for sitting up, but not lying down. I lie on my side, so lying my head and upper torso on this strains my back.

I gave this as a gift to someone that has breathing difficulty and tightness in chest when sleeping, an elderly person. They seem to get many uses out of it as it is multi functional. You can also remove the wedge inside to adjust it if you need less height. Can be used to sit you up in bed, under your head to sleep or under your feet if they are swollen and need to be elevated. Pleased with purchase.

I've been using it to sleep -- keep me elevated -- for a couple weeks now and it's holding its form great! I'm a 250 lb person, so needed something that would keep it's form even with my weight... and so far so great! =)

Absolutely love this new wedge! good elevation and support. Haven't used it yet as a backrest only for sleeping, but think it will be very comfortable as a backrest when watching TV in bed.

I have had this wedge for a month works well for me I use my regular down pillow on top. Good for the $$ too.

I'm very pleased with this wedge pillow. It's super comfortable whether sleeping on my back or my sides. I really like the firmness of the memory foam and the adjustable height as well. This was a good purchase for me and I think you will like it too.

This wedge is made very well. One feature that I really like is that you can take out the middle section to lower the height....which I did. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that it is not 100% memory foam.

Bought this to help reduce snoring. I sleep better and it has reduced my snoring.

adequate, kind of pricey for what it is, unfortunately I did not realize that this is made in China. If I had spent some time researching, I would not have purchased

It's too wide for my use. It doesn't fit my couch and hangs over, don't need it for any other use. Quality is fine and I'm sure if it was smaller, it would have been useful.

I chose this as a gift for someone with sleep apnea. Her c-pap was giving her problems and she could not get good rest. I read that elevating head and shoulders could help, so chose this pillow for her. She said that it took a few nights to get used to it, but now it is helping her get a good night's rest. Ordering was easy and the shipping was very quick.

it is ok to sleep on. it is a bit too steep, it should be less of an incline

This pillow is much better quality than other wedge pillows I've seen & owned. The height adjustment is also a nice option.
