Poor Quality, Holes, Stains I recently moved and when I finally got around to removing this comforter from the packaging I was extremely disappointed. There were holes in several areas by the seems that looked like the fabric had been burned. The quality of the fabric was very poor and, most distressing, there was a red stain on one of the pillow shams that looks like blood. Unfortunately, I opened it after the return date had passed, otherwise I would have definitely requested a refund. Absolutely terrible product.

Avondale Manor Sadie Ruffled 5-piece Comforter Set I received this yesterday, and washed it today to get the wrinkles out. When I took the comforter out of the washer it had holes in it. If they had inspected this as they would if I return it, I wouldn't have holes in my comforter. It is a very pretty set, but that is a lot of money to pay for something with holes in it.......

Ridiculous My review was magically deleted the first time I posted this. We ordered 2 of these rugs in charcoal. We received one in charcoal and one in NAVY. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. We sent the navy one back and received what was supposed to be our charcoal one about a week later. I opened the package and again, it was navy. I called customer and had it set up to be returned once again. I even sent them pictures of the two rugs to show them the difference in color. They told me they would make sure the right color was sent this time. We waited to receive our new one for an entire MONTH. It arrived, I opened it thinking there was no way this would happen again. It was NAVY!! I called customer service and sent it back ONE more time. I had now lost my patience. 3 months had passed by now. All I wanted was matching rugs. Well the rug finally came....IT. WAS. NAVY!!! We said forget it! I called to get BOTH of the rugs sent back & chose to purchase them elsewhere. Unbelievable. I have never dealt with anything like this.
