These pillows are not firm and not soft; they are in between firm and soft. They came to me smashed up to the shape of an oval decortive pillow. This could be the reason why I believe some of the firmness density disappeared. I know I am going to have to buy new pillows in the very near future.

My husband needs a firmer pillow and these are just firm enough, while being soft at the same time.

Not as good as my old latex pillow but it's good.

If you like a FIRM PILLOW you will not be disapointed.I have tried all the rest,try this one.

Latex foam pillows are harder to find these days, now that everything seems to be memory foam, which I do not like. This pillow is firm and large (queen). It supports my head all night, if I lean it against the back of the bed it is supportive as well. I particularly like the resilience, no flattening with use. It's great the Great Offer Stock has an assortment of these pillows with different size and firmness. There is a very nice, textured cover that zips off for washing. I suspect it would not slip back on easily. The queen size pillow fills my queen size cases completely with not any case to hang over the end. I suppose this is the only somewhat negative.

I love latex pillows and can only sleep when using one. I've had an excellent pillow for a number of years and wanted to get a replacement. I ordered one of these Talatech pillows this summer and had it delivered to where I was going to be staying. I ordered a Medium density but it was too soft for me, but I kept it anyway and slept on it OK. This time I ordered a firm density pillow and I like the firmness but I can't believe the smell of this pillow. I ordered it more than a month ago and have had it outside on the porch to air out to see if the smell would go away and it hasn't. It is too expensive to ship back so I guess I'm stuck with it. I'm so disappointed and upset.I don't understand why the one I ordered this summer didn't stink but this one is unusable. It's really a shame because it feels like a good pillow. I can't recommend getting one of these pillows because you won't know if you'll end up with one that smells or not.

Gave it 3 stars simply because it was not as firm as I thought it would be. Smell didn't last more than one night, because my husband has many allergies and he didn't complain. I am keeping and am still on the hunt for a really firm- extra firm pillow.

I absolutely love these wonderful pillows could not sleep without them they hold their shape. I got the King. I also got them for a friend also we adore them!! Will be great in any size! You will not be disappointed, nothing but great comfort!

Excellent pillow especially if you like to sleep on your side. It retains its shape and you don't need to fluff it after using.

I tend to like some plushness to my bedding and this pillow is both firm and supportive without being hard. Best pillows we have purchased. My husband who is 6' 4 loves these and they have stopped his neck pain and migraines.

The description says firm. However, I would consider them Extra Firm

My pillow arrived smelling like it had been shipped inside a container lot of smelly, stinky cheese! I left it outside on my screen-porch on a flat Euro portable clothes rack for five days, having taken off the pillow protector and washing it. The pillow was okay the first night, but by the second night, it was smelling cheesy again. It's comfortable but to use it, I have to spray bith the pillow protector and the case with lavendar water. I've had two Taladay Beautirest pillows that had no smell at all, but they've both become limp and unusable long before the ten yr warrenty. I was hoping for a better solution, but this isn't it! Arrrrghhh!

SOLID LATEX PILLOWS ARE ALWAYS THE BEST CHOICE TO ME. I'VE BEEN ON ONE FOR 8 YRS NOW, AND ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS ONE FOR A FRIEND WHO HAS SEVERE NECK PAIN, AND HE SAID IT HAS HELPED TREMENDOUSLY AND HE HAD JUST ORDERED A $** MEMORY FOAM PILLOW WHICH DID NOT HELP. THIS IS A GREAT PRICE TOO $** AS I PAID $** FOR MY LATEX PILLOW 8 YRS AGO. WILL BE PURCHASING MORE OF THESE FOR THE FUTURE.

This is the 2nd pillow of this style that I have bought. I love them. They add just the right amount of neck and head support. No hard spots ever. I will continue to purchase this pillow.

Much too high and firm for me. Would not recommend.
