Handmade Bamboo Thousand Arm Kwan Yin Window Blinds (72 in. x 72 in.) (China)

I purchased this blind about 3 years ago for my 1 room living area over my sliding glass door. I think its still as beautiful the day I received it. The print goes away in the sunlight and reappears as the night returns. The colors are warm so it doesn't overtake the decor of 1 room yet fits right in. I like the additional cloth covering on the back for privacy yet still allows some light through.. The design has kept over the years and only minor chips in the matchstick edges from wear. I got this when I lived alone for the first time in my life, it's very comforting.

I was really disappointed when I received these blinds. The image in them was VERY faded,almost impossible to see when up against a window. Needs a blackout shade underneath for anything to show up. I wish the pics were more truthful, would have saved me A LOT of time.

Once the correct one was received, it seems OK. Was an issue in figuring out how to run the strings to operate the thing (strings simply bundled together and not set up for use). Instructions would have helped -

Subtle, beautiful goddess on a gorgeous blind. Looks beautiful in my livingroom. Really nice quality matchstick. Looks so much better than the bamboo blind I had hanging before, and gives a bit more privacy than the bamboo also. Love it!
