True: rectangle trampolines provide a higher bounce. This size and shape also provides adequate area, but fits much more nicely in my yard than a 12' or 14' round. Purchased for my 9- and 11-year-old, I suspect they will have many years of use on it. It is very sturdy and went together well. Note mine did come with a spring puller - I wasted money on buying another one!

The only problem we had was lining up the last two holes on the frame. We ended up stripping one bolt because we had to beat it in. My Daughter-in-Law and I put it together. Also, the enclosure came with clips but the directions did not indicate what to do with them and it also came with ties but no indication of what to do with them.

We purchased this for our granddaughter and wanted a unit with a larger weight capacity, this item is wonderful and quality made product. The shipping was quick and arrived before the scheduled date!

Perfect size. Kids love this trampoline. Directions could have been a little more clear. The top of the net had a few small tears.
