We just returned from a 13 day trip in October in Utah/Arizona/Colorado in temperatures between 30-57 @ night and 60-80 during the day. The tent was a great size for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10 year old). It held all our stuff (sleeping bags, air mattresses, misc. clothes). It is a good 3 season tent, but sides/floor are a bit thin for winter, and rain cover does not completely seal around ceiling screen to maintain heat. All in all, this is a great family tent if you're car camping - no way to pack it in to a camp site given its 25lb weight.
Down sides - seams leak. I read this in another review and didn't spray with silicone before using it - and paid the price in Bryce Canyon one cold and wet night. Also, you can not set up this tent if it is raining - the entire ceiling is screening (great when its warm!), but the tent will fill with water if you try during a rain storm. Learn from me - seal the tent with Silicone before you use it!
