I am in the military and the other Soldiers laughed at me at first when they saw my tent cot. Then the next day after the mosquitos ate their arms and faces up they asked me where did I get it from.

I love this tent and i love the way it looks out in the wild. My old tent really was not good at all and was getting to old. This tent is a major upgrade from my last tent. I will be camping more and more not for sure.

First time I uysed it was a Padre Island National Seashore. Stormed with heavy rain and strong wind for several hours. Didn't fish much but caught up on my sleep. Its roomy too. Would reccomend if driving to campsite, obviously too big to back pack.

Perfect size, easy up, easy down. With the heavy dew, I could just move it to a sunny spot and dried in just minutes to pack up. Love it and would get another one in the future!!

Very easy to put together and use

Set up cat climbed in and did not want to be taken out. Ran from end to end trying to hide. Maybe I should get one of her own.

Purchased this cot tent for my husband. He is a big man...and he had enough room to lay down straight and turn around. We set up in less than 5 minutes and he fell asleep in 15 minutes! Took a 2 hour nap and woke up feeling great. Said it was surprisingly comfortable! Take down was also a breeze! I don't know how sturdy the carry bag is. I feel it won't hold up for many uses, but other than that, I'm looking forward to many camping trips, with a much easier time setting up and also, better for our backs, as I won't have to drag an air mattress around! It like having an all in one!

I have mixed feelings on this product. I really like the concept of Tent and cot, with the cot being up off the ground, BUT the legs have collapsed the last time I have used it. I have removed the legs and will have to fabricate some new ones that will be much stronger.

I am 6'1", 220lbs. This oversized tent cot gives enough headroom and footroom to spare. I can sit up comfortably in the tent. I bet this could fit 2 people, as long as 1 person is smaller than me. This tent is exactly what I expected it to be and more. It's big when collapsed, probably 4'X4' square, so know that before ordering. It might be too bulky to hike up a trail with, but not impossible. It's really perfect for camping at campsites or places not far off the road. Although, I have taken on the boat and transported it to a secluded beach and camped. Set up is easy as well as take down.

It's big and heavy but for car camping the Tent-cot is my go-to shelter. It's off the ground so no having to avoid rocks or tree roots and no rivers running through it when it rains. And speaking of rain the Tent-cot has kept me dry through many rains storms. Also, because it is off the ground, there is a ton of space underneath to stow your boots at night which also means you are also sitting off the ground to put them on and you never bring dirt inside when you take them off. Another thumbs-up are the multitude of ingress/egress/ventilation options because the Tent-cot can be opened/entered through any of the four sides. By itself, the cot is not extremely comfortable but the addition of an inflatable sleeping pad makes this the most comfortable shelter I have. My only concerns are the longevity of all the plastic parts as I noticed some of the pivots have become loose where they screw to the frame. Time will tell.

I camped in my Kamprite Oversize Tent-cot with Rainfly on 2-week trip solo car camping trip throughout California, Oregon and Washington last summer. I lined it with a Mondo-king Thermarest mattress which fits perfectly! My Tent-cot was every bit as comfortable as my pillow-top mattress at home! Sets up in no time! It fit perfectly in the trunk of my Toyota Corolla. Who needs a motorhome?!

I bought this tent cot for my grandson. We love it! Other than being a little awkward handling it, wished the storage cover would have had wheels to roll it, it's great!

Got to take this out for a couple of days and so far it has been great. Easy to set up and very comfortable. Really is just about the perfect size for one person. It is much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I am 5'9" and can store some of my gear at the end of the cot and still have plenty of room to lie down. I can also sit up with my head just touching the ceiling so it is very easy to move around. I love that it comes with a rain-fly and carrying bag. The tent is not heavy duty but about that same as most other tents you buy in the price range. I am sure it will last several years if properly taken care of. I have had the rain-fly on but did not sleep with it. I have read that condensation can build up in the tent, My plan is to leave the windows on both ends open slightly under the rain-fly to let it breath better. This is not a backpacking tent or good for anything where space and weight is limited. It does seem like about the perfect idea for quick one person fishing trips I will be using it for. My wife did climb in with me and although it is really tight we could sleep in it for a night or so if we had to.

Love the fact that I no longer have to sleep on the ground.lol Sets up quick and is great for anywhere. Even when it rained I was still in good shape.

This is the perfect size! Large enough to climb in and stretch out! My 6'2" son can lay down and put his hands behind his head without restriction. Good quality and will be used for many adventures to come.
