I played this game with a few kids and it was a lot of fun.. A lot of laughs
My son, just turned 3, adores these 4 puzzles - he loves the pictures, and keeps wanting to do all 4 over and over again. I am thrilled he has managed to master the idea in about 3 sessions, and that he enjoys them so much. These encourage his visual development, creative thinking, fine matching skills, and fine motor skills (just putting the pieces together). We do these together for fun -he puts the pieces together and I comment as he does them, and only give him clues when he asks for help. This size is just right - 12 pieces, enough to challenge without overwhelming -then another 3 puzzles if he has the energy. His little face beaming with a sense of achievement every time he completes one warms my heart. EXCELLENT!

My 3 year old granddaughter loves Melissa and Doug puzzles! She started with 24 pieces and mastered them in no time. Now she loves the 48 piece puzzles! And the bright pictures make them even more fun!
