Read All Reviews for Explore One 40-1024x USB Eyepiece Microscope Set

After not receiving these items the first time, I fully expected the second package to include the USB eyepiece and software and it did not! They finally did a parts request this last time and I still haven't received it. It appears somehow the shipping department accidentally separated what should have been two packages and not one since it happened twice and the fact that the boxes we received says "gift box" on it. We have now been waiting over a month to finally enjoy the completed set. Buyer beware that until they unmix this problem, this will happen to you, too! I wish I could gift this S higher rating but the reason we bought this was because it was to include the featured USB eyepiece with software. Very disappointed 😕
