I normally wear a size 11 1/2. Ordered a pair of size 12 and they were too small. Paid $12 to ship them back and ordered a size 13. A 13 IS NOT ONE IOTA LONGER THAN THE SZE 12! Now I will be out 1/2 of what I was paying for the shoes in shipping costs. Very disappointing!
