I LOVE this gate! My friend had one at her house and I fell in love with it and had to order my own. Most gates are large, clunky and such an eye sore. This one slides away when your not using it and is very simple and unobstructive when you are. We have a banister rail on one side instead of a wall, so we were having trouble finding a gate that worked with a post. We were able to just zip tie it directly to the post. It worked perfectly and hasn't given us any problems after well over a year.

I bought this for it's wide opening. It swings both ways and will stay open on it's own if opened far enough (all the way). It is shorter than other gates I've bought/used in the past. It could be a few more inches taller. I use it to keep my 3 large dogs out of certain rooms, without having to close the rooms off.
