Ohhh how we love this. Had a concrete slate laid as the floor and our dog Novi lay around in it like she is a queen. Would buy again and again...

  • Missing parts
    Verified Purchase

When I received the package the box was damaged and parts were falling out. It looked like it had been taped back up several times. I then opened it and found out I only had half of the clamps to hold the panels together. Very disappointed in this. If I get the missing parts before I need them I will rate the product once together. At this point I can't do that.

I ordered this based on the dimensions 4' W by 8' L by 6' TALL, the panels are not 6' tall, they're only about 5' tall. They claim it's 6' tall because once you attach the tarp roof the "peak" is 6' feet tall. Unfortunately for me I didn't see the "(with roof attached)" and ordered it. Once I saw it sitting on my doorstep I knew something wasn't right, I'm 5'5" and the box only came up to my chin. I had to return because this will not work for my pets, Christine M. made my return experience a breeze. As for the actually quality of the product, it could work for small dogs, or dogs that are kennel trained, any other dog that is big, or smart, or powerful, or a fly dog like mine would not stay contained in this kennel for long.

  • okay, but thin wire
    Verified Purchase

It does it's job. I use it indoors instead of a small crate. My dogs are smarter than it though. One has been able to jump out (he got his foot caught in the wire, pulled it down and required surgery, a bone graft, metal plate, and all sorts of care). It cost about $4000. I don't put him in anymore. Needs a top where he can't bite off elastic bands to get out. The wire is too thin for another of my dogs and she has chewed through and can put her head through the bars. Worried she will get stuck and just ordered a new one made of 8 gauge wire. This is 12 gauge and too thin to be safe for most dogs (she weighs about 50lbs - maybe it's good for small dogs?).
