With just my husband and I this kennel was extremely easy to assemble. I would recommend that you NOT unroll the chain link fencing until you are ready to wrap the frame as it does tangle easily.

The guy I paid to put it together for me complained about parts missing, not easy to do, etc. But on closer inpection I can see he did it upside down, so I think it's just him! I'm happy with it anyway.
