Carlson Convertible Pet Yard Exercise Pen

I bought one of these at a pet store and bought one from Great Offer Stock to make it larger. I saved 39 dollars at Great Offer Stock.

We have had it for over a year and used it with chihuahuas and a Doberman Pincher. Works great!

I have one, just ordered another so that I can expand. I have a little escape artist, and a regular exercise pen was climbable. This one is not, with the vertical rods. I like that I can arrange the pen the way I want and tighten the corners to hold the configuration. It is very sturdy and well made, the door feature is nice.

this works great as a gate when you have an open floor plan and want to keep an area off limits or contain your pet to a portion of your area. If you have a large breed that jumps against it then you need to keep the connectors loose so it can give or the plastic joints will break on every other section making it useless. The bars are quite closely spaced so even small puppies can not walk through and the height is ideal. The wall attachment kit must be bought separately. The gate is so easy to open and close with one hand, also like that it has the option of locking or not locking.

Must buy for puppies -easy entry - bigger pet still finds it perfect- safe and solid - no issue with proper release of screw tops before set up or take down - Current use for 75 pound bulldog and all is top notch. Buy it

I bought the wall mount kit ( elsewhere) and use this as a gate rather than pet yard. The sections are easy to assemble and disassemble. I am happy with purchase but puppy is growing so fast that he can jump over the gate if he really wants to. He is a 5 month old beagle/ridgeback mix. I would still recommend this gate to anyone with a smaller or older dog. It is light so if your dog is strong or willful, put bricks around the outside to keep it from moving.

Adjustable to many spaces, fairly easily transportable, sturdy, can be hosed off, very useful!

We love this, keeps the dogs in the kitchen when we are gone. We did order the wall brackets separately. Well worth it!

We used this product as a gate for our dog in our foyer area!!! It worked great!!!! looks nice and the swing open gate is so useful!!!!!.... i would definalty buy this again.... you cant beat the quality for the price!!!!

The box it is shipped in its original box which is very thin and not appropriate for shipping; hence, the product was damaged in shipping. The plastic hinges were broken on two of the rails. It is very cheap compared to a similar gate I purchased in the past from a different supplier. I would not waste your money. It is not a good product. I am returning the item. Plus, it looks cheap.

This is a great product for odd shaped areas to limit pets. I have an open house with wide doorways that other gates do not fit well. This is adjustable to zigzag across the room. I was disappointed that it could not attach to the previous one I bought at a local pet store (even though it is the same brand and product number.) I suppose the product has changed slightly in two years. I have only used it inside to limit my dog's access to carpeting.

The Pet yard used cheap and inferior plastic corner mounts that shoul have been made of metal or at least nylon, I have 2 small dogs one is 7 lbs. and the other is avout 11 lbs. and they have broken 2 of the top hinges in a week. I have had to wire it together.

I purchased this product over six months ago and it has worked like a charm.... It is great to use it outdoors, indoors, as a gate, as a barrier and as a play yard! It is made out of steel which means my dogs wont be able to destroy it but it is also pretty light. The whole thing folds up into about a 6" by 24" which makes it very easy to move. Almost forgot the great walk thru door! I have recommend this to all of my friends. Bottom line best Pet yard I have ever bought.

The metal rods broke away from the frame in two places already and I have only had the gate for about two weeks. The place where it breaks is right at the tightening knobs on the top of the frame. I learned the hard way that the knobs need to be loosened before attempting to move the gate even the slightest or bumping into it. Probably is a good idea to just leave them a little loose. I now have zip-ties and black electrical tape holding the frame in place. It works well for keeping the dogs out of the living room but isn't as flexible or sturdy as I was hoping it would be.
