Arrived fully assembled. Cat was on the perch almost right out of the box ( after she checked out the box). Perfect height, fit in a corner under a light switch with ample space not to hinder the switch. We looked at many different pet stores and online before making this purchase. Would Highly recommend this perch.

Would be a great playpen except the bottom is velcrow. Why on earth it isn't at least a zipper is beyond me. It also doesn't mention that in the description, just assembly required. My 6 pound puppy has learned to escape within one day. 😳
