Sturdy and fairly easy to assemble.
Box was more or less open when it got here, and it didn't seem to have ever had a significant amount of tape on it ever.. but I trust my UPS guy so it's good.
Instructions are on a single sheet of paper, tucked into the plastic wrapping on the bottom part of the seat. Everything went together pretty easily by following the instructions, except for the arm rests. The screws are coated, and they cause some difficulty in getting the screws to catch in the sides of the seat when screwing it in. After some manhandling and sore fingers from the tiny allen wrench included, we (me and my 15 year old) got all the screws in.
The chair is comfortable, but not a luxurious level of comfortable. The cushioning is adequate though, so it's not hard on the butt or back. The height adjuster is great, as that normally I have to put the seat all the way up to accommodate my legs, and I actually had to lower it some after I sat in it because it was too high. Tall people problems I know, but that's something that doesn't always happen in a product.
All in all, it's a nice looking chair and it sits comfortably for hours at a time. If you're wide hipped, or have copious thighs, it may be a bit snug. You could give yourself a few cm of space on each side by not tightening the arm rest bolts so they're in tight, but it takes away from the clean look.
