I ordered (4) of these chairs for my office. (3) of them had the wrong length of screws (55mm instead of 65mm), plus missing (1) bolt for the seat and (1) arm bushing. The chairs themselves are a 5*, but the hassle to go find and purchase the correct parts was not worth it!
