Ivy League Captains Chair with Casters

I personally do not like this chair. It is just as described and I think a good-looking chair. The wheels are great but they do not function like the wheels on a "desk chair"; they go forward and back.

The chair is so pretty and comfortable. The problem is, I bought four, one seat cushion is not as firm as the other ones and one chair had a snag in the top part of the back of the chair.

This was delivered earlier than expected and my neighbor put it together for me. The directions were explicit and, once assembled, is just perfect. The backrest is positioned in such a place as to give excellent back support which is important for me. Use should make the seat ease up a bit. Right now, it is a bit firm. The quality is better than I thought it would be and, altogether, I am very very pleased.

This chair is an awkward color, and the seat kind of caves in when you perch on it. I weigh fewer than 150 pounds, so I sink down a bit, but my husband is 200 pounds and it really pops under him. I will say the casters roll fairly well though.

Not very comfortable and sits too low. Tried to adjust with cushion but because the surface of the seat is rounded, that also failed to work well.

these seats are very high quality and very comfortable for our clients. Having the rollers on the bottom makes them very easy to move around the office too

I’m a interior designer and I had selected these chairs to use in two board rooms and ordered 14 in total. The quality level was above what was expected due to the price point. I would recommend this chair for personal or light commercial use.

It fits our immediate needs, but the assembly was a problem. First, the instructions were not sufficiently detailed, only drawn pictures that didn't show critical aspects, thus requiring disassembly to fix. Second, some screw holes were offset and made it impossible to properly tighten the screws. Third, the method of attaching the arms and back made it impossible to properly secure them to the chair. Thus, the product is second rate.

totally what I hoped for. looks great and sits well. I am short and the back fits me where it needs to be. seat is firm but I like that, encourages me to sit up.

We’re really happy with the chair. It’s quality, sturdy, and looks nice. It was a slight pain to assemble, but my husband had it done in no time. Happy customer!

The chairs are very niece once you get them assembled. I bought five chairs. I had to return bad parts on 2 of them and one chair broke in the assembly. Screws did not align properly and some parts did not have threads so it was impossible to assemble. I had to return these parts. Once everything was assembled the chairs look really good. Overstock was great in resolving my problems, no problems there at all.

I ordered these chairs to go around my game table and they are perfect. Very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing 2 additional chairs now that I have seen them in person.

They are looking fine but not very high quality to me. The cushion of the seat isn't bouncing back that much. It's been less than a year that we've been using this chairs. 1 of them is already breaking down. I do not feel like I would recommend this to others.
