I use this chair daily at work for roughly 9 hours. I purchased it back in 2017 and it is just needing to be replaced so I think that is pretty good. The arm rests have also been a bit wobbly though.

About the only thing positive I can say for this chair is is the leather is very comfortable and it is very big. The negatives of this chair are: it does not tilt like it says in its description. Also, the heights should start at about 2 inches lower and be able to adjust up another 4 to 6 in or whatever the range is. The headrest part of the chair almost pushes your neck forward. Without being able to tilt back in your chair this leaves your neck in an awkward position and thus sore. For the money this chair cost it is definitely not worth the cost and I will be returning my item.

Exactly what I had hoped it would be. Large. Comfortable. Well-made. My spouse put it together and figured out how to make the lock/rock feature work and how to adjust the tension. Thankfully. (Someone mentioned it didn't rock as described, but it does. However, it doesn't come with instructions other than how to put it together.) As a freelance editor, I spend every day at my desk. This chair is exactly what I was looking for to spend many hours in for, hopefully, a long time to come.

Even though I'm doing a well known weight loss program and my 10,000 steps a day, I still need a chair to support my 320 pounds. My old chair's hydraulic support had collapsed and there was a huge BANG when I got up - this chair is blissfully quiet and I can sit in it for extended periods with a whole lot less pain than my chair at work (I'm never pain free, so I expect most people would be better than that). Believe me, less is good :). The arms are high but back far enough so I can still get close to the desk without intrusion. I have a little trouble with lumbar support - the back is a little too far back for my taste. It is "good", but it would be nice if it were "better". The neck support is nice but I rarely use it the way I sit. This has been a solid purchase.
