Not sure if I got a "lemon" but right out of the shipping package both main zippers were jammed and "off the track" -- even trying to move them showed the low quality of the plastic zipper track and how prone it appears to jamming. This was exactly what I was looking for! It is perfect to carry all my business items and then toss on another few bags.

I bought this briefcase about a month and a half ago. I was looking for a rolling briefcase that could accommodate different-sized laptops and electronics since I have several. It's exactly what I wanted. I have only two complaints. 1) it rocks back and forth a bit when you're putting stuff in (once you get it zipped up, it's fine) and 2) it's a little noisy when rolling. But I love it and it works great for me!
