Was really looking forward to getting this product. When received and used it one day. Noticed the poor design. When using shoulder strap or standard handle, all the weight is bearing on the two clasps that hold fold over cover in place. This puts way to much stress on these small clasps. The clasps are secured to leather straps only by crimping metal clasp to leather strap with very small screws. These fasteners should at least penetrate the leather straps. One strap separated right away. Again keep in mind if the clasps fail you cannot carry the case by the handle. Also: when strap is used the case hangs in a way that leaves a large gap between the flap and the leather case leaving items exposed. I think this needs to be redesigned so straps are secured to sides of case so the flap and clasps do not bear the weight.

This is the perfect messenger brief case. Holds all the essentials to and from work. Leather softer than it appears and very well stitched.

Decided I no longer wanted it.

I'm a flooring contractor and love this bag because it has the perfect amount of space for "tools" and paperwork....very sturdy too!

Really like this. It holds everything I need fashionably. One issue is that one of the clasps has detached from the leather strap and has had to be reattached three or four times.

Great quality! Only downfall I'd how the strap connects to the flap and not the body of the bag. Hope the clip buckles hold up so my books and laptop don't fall out! But overall beautiful bag!
