Close, but no cigar ...
When I saw the photo of the messenger bag, I thought, "Wow, that's just what I want." So I bought it. When I received the bag, I thought, "Wow, that's just what I wanted." When I filled the bag with all my "stuff," as well as my firearm, I thought, "Wow, this will work for me."
After I carried the bag for a fairly short time, trying to get comfortable with it by moving the strap forward, back, sideways, I finally realized, "Wow, this is the most irritating bag I have ever had."
Granted, the bag is well-made, the material is sturdy, and it looks great. However, the carrying strap is not made for shoulders. The material is too rough and stiff, and, unfortunately, even though I had the strap adjusted to the "shortest" length, it will still too long and the bag would "bounce" and "bump" off my hip/leg area as I walked. I couldn't find the ***spot that would make the bag useable for me.
I am just over 5 feet tall and, apparently, this bag was designed for the Amazonian woman, and to say the least, I was disappointed. Perhaps for the tall, strong, weight-lifting female, this bag would be perfect; however, for a short, middle-aged person like me, who wants to carry a bag with a hidden gun slot for protection (because she is short and middle-aged), it doesn't work!
