Going with a Smaller A. Saks Wheeled Duffle
We already own a 31 inch A. Saks wheeled duffle which has made a number of trips on cruise ships around the world. The interior straps do not really do a great job of holding pack it cubes and folders in place....everything sinks to the bottom of the bag. The bag is super light weight so we never had any trouble with the 50 pound airlines weight limit and the larger duffle works great when we are not having to live out of the suitcase (we unpack as soon as we have the luggage in our cabin), We have now purchased two 25 inch wheeled duffle bags which we will be hauling on and off busses and trains on a four week trip to Italy. The smaller bag will not hold quite as much but should be easier to manage and hoist into a luggage rack. We generally have left over space in the 31 inch bag so keeping our fingers crossed the 25 inch bag will work for our needs
